General Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment
    All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking channels.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices are stated in EUR and include all applicable taxes unless specified.

  1. Free Cancellation
    You can cancel your booking for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the tour.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be refunded.

  1. Age, Height, and License Requirements
    Drivers must hold a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.

Children must have a minimum height of 1.35 meters to participate as passengers.

All participants must wear closed shoes. Sandals, flip-flops, crocs, and high heels are prohibited.

  1. Driver and Passenger Rules
    2-Seater Vehicles (Buggy or Quad):

Can be used by one or two people.

People who do not know each other will not be paired together.

The person making the reservation is always the driver.

If only one person is in the vehicle, the second seat remains empty.

4-Seater Vehicles (Buggy):

Each participant may take turns driving.

The person making the reservation will never be assigned as a passenger in another vehicle.

Vehicles are reserved exclusively for the booked group; no additional participants will be added.

Important: A 4-seater vehicle cannot be booked by a single participant; it must be reserved for at least two people.

General Rules:

Driver must have a valid driving license.

Children must be at least 1.35 m tall (for vehicles with passengers).

Closed shoes are required (e.g., sneakers); sandals, crocs, and high heels are prohibited.

  1. Safety, Clothing, and Conduct
    Protective Gear: GOCANARY provides necessary protective accessories such as helmets and goggles.

Clothing: Participants must dress appropriately for the type of activity. Full, closed shoes are mandatory. Participants wearing sandals, crocs, or high heels will not be allowed to ride.

Sobriety: Drivers must be sober at all times.

Prohibited Activities: Consumption of alcohol or smoking inside vehicles is strictly forbidden.

Guidelines: Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide and comply with traffic regulations.

  1. Liability
    Tours are conducted at your own risk.

The company is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorized use of the vehicles.

The company holds insurance for all vehicles, but personal injury or property damage may require additional coverage.

  1. Modifications and Cancellations by the Company
    The company reserves the right to modify tour times, routes, or itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

If a tour is canceled by the company, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  1. Personal Data and Privacy
    Personal data collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of providing the service and complying with legal requirements.

Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for tour operations.

  1. Photos and Videos
    The company may take photos or videos during tours for marketing purposes.

By participating, you consent to your image being used unless otherwise requested.

  1. Applicable Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising from bookings or tours will be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
